On a good note

I hate to leave the last post on top.

Cami is sitting up all by herself. She's been doing this since about the last few days we were in Utah. She is to the point where if I put her down on the ground on her back, she gets kinda mad until I sit her up. Of course, she'll fall over eventually, but it'll usually take a good 15-20 minutes before she does. Such a big girl...

The only bad thing about this is that when she does her business while she's sitting up, it tends to go right up and out the back of her diaper. I didn't notice that she was busy...and then I smelled her. So I took her to her changing table, and found quite the mess. I have never seen so much poop come out of her. And she's been doing the solid food thing, so yah...ewww! I had even put on one of my favorite outfits of hers that I've been waiting for her to grow into, so I ended up spending a good 20 minutes scrubbing stains out of it in the bath tub with her "baby naked" (nothing but a diaper) in her crib.

She just woke up from that nap I was praying for earlier, which means I just woke up for my nap as well. Thanks for the offer Katie. :) Now she's sitting on my lap watching me blog and blabbing away with her fingers in her mouth. For some reason she thinks she needs her fingers in her mouth in order to talk. Silly goose...
