A little Plug for Shane Co.
I have been doing Mystery Shopping for 3 years now, and since starting this little hobby of mine, I have become a little more picky about customer service whether I'm conducting a shop or not. So when I come across a store/company that has exceptional service, I just have to say something about it. Last year for Christmas, Blair bought me a pearl necklace from Shane Company. At our ward Christmas Party, Noah pulled it, and it broke. I took it in today, and was informed that it couldn't be fixed. The manager went in the back, found a brand new one of the same necklace, wrote off the 10 dollar increase in price from last year to this year, and gave me brand new paperwork for my new necklace. Never asked how it broke or anything. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I knew that it had a warranty, but I am still in awe as to how easy it was to get a replacement. We will never shop anywhere else...
