Okay, now that we're past that, I was thinking about all the shows we love to keep up with, and wondered what YOU liked to watch. Is there a show that you just CAN'T miss? We have been spoiled with DVR, so we can watch our shows whenever we want, but if we didn't have that, I'm afraid we would probably turn our phones on silent during certain shows. Anyway, here's our DVR list:

Okay, now I'm a little embarrassed. At least I can say that we rarely watch commercials. Does that make this list a little better?

I love Desperate Housewives! It needs to be added to your list! But maybe rent the first season or two in order to be able to fully appreciate the characters... :) I'm having a horrible time NOT watching it while I'm in France this semester-- but it'll be a wonderful treat to catch up with... Just maybe give the 1st season a shot?
Yeah. We got rid of DVR recently to cut back on some expenses (as well as some cable stations) so there is a lot that we don't watch anymore, but we share a lot of the same shows on our list. Here are my NEVER miss shows:

Heroes
(both play at the same time now though so we have to switch channels during commercials)
House
Desperate Housewives
Grays AND Private Practice (it's way good too!)
Smallville (this is a NEVER MISS for Adam and me)
Friday Night Lights
I will say though that after switching between Channels for 24 and Heroes last night I told Adam maybe we were getting a little obsessive and that I wanted to start cutting back on my TV. We'll see if I can actually stick to that. Doubt it.
When we had DVR and only one child, our list was probably longer than yours. When it was just the 2 of us, even LONGER.

I only have one show: The Biggest Loser. I can't miss it.
Well, I guess you can say I have a few more, since I practically don't go a day without watching: Curious George, Sid the Science Kid, Super Why, and Clifford the Big Red Dog. We're real intense over here, y'know? :)
Laura that is hilarious! we watch alot of the same shows! but i am sad to say that street and i watch alot more then you! we have dvr on TWO tvs so you can only imagine. oh and you can never forget the internet when your dvr is full! i know its pathetic but so much fun!
West loves 24. That is his only addiction show. Me and the kids love American Idol, Survivor (We've watched EVERY season, I almost tried out, we love it that much), John and Kate plus 8, The Duggars, The Office and 30 Rock. Just wait until Cami gets a little older, you'll be surprised how that list will change. (Not the way you'd want it to.) The kids addictive shows are all on Disney Channel or Nick. We are currently watching That's so Raven. Funny how you start enjoying these silly shows.
We're office fans over here! We usually watch in on nbc.com a few days later.
We watch the Office...have seen every episode. I watch SportsCenter (can't believe nobody has mentioned that) and we've watched a couple of episodes of Lie to Me. Sporting events probably don't really count. Bekah watched Extreme Makeover and enjoys an occasional Funniest Home Videos. Ah, lest I forget, sometimes I unwind with an episode of Friends.
My favorite is Biggest Loser...I LOVE it! One of Trent's favorites is Scrubs...we own the first 5 seasons I think... He's usually working when it's on (and it's during Biggest Loser) so we usually watch it online. And here's one that no one's mentioned yet--we like to watch Chuck on Monday nights on NBC...it's a fun one!
