Catch up

Lots of fun things to post about. I was going to make an individual one for each, but I'm lazy. So here goes:

Snow Leopard and Zoo Dentistry

Blair is in a Zoo Dentistry class at school (yah...they finally get to do something FUN in school) and he got to do two fillings on a Snow Leopard. They are from the Himalayas and are highly endangered. He gets to go back on Wednesday to take a behind the scenes tour of the zoo. I don't need to tell you how jealous I am.

Some proof:

Spring Break-Columbus Indiana

It's no secret anymore that our job search is taking us potentially to Columbus, Indiana. It's just an hour north of Louisville, and is a city of maybe 40,000 people. Any offers are in the very earliest stages, so it's definitely not official, but at least we feel like we're moving forward in the direction of finding employment. We are still submitting applications and trying to get a few more options, but we decided to head to Columbus for a couple of days this week to find the good areas of town and start looking for where we might live if we end up there. We stayed in a nice hotel that we got a great deal on through the "priceline negotiator" :).

A few pictures:

New Ride - 2006 Honda Accord

We weren't planning on doing this until we graduated and moved because we didn't want to have to move another vehicle, but as it looks pretty certain that we're staying within 3 hours of Louisville, we decided to start looking now for car #2. I had no idea that we'd walk out with a car the first day of looking, but Blair fell in love, and it was a great deal. We decided that if we ended up getting a Civic (or similar) car, then it would be primarily for Blair, and if we got an Accord (or similar) then it would be for me because I need the bigger of the two for Cami and stroller and such. I'm definitely excited that we went for the Accord so that I get to drive the new one! I'm just so excited to not have to go to church with Blair an hour and a half early and an hour later for meetings. I don't know what I'll do with myself!
