I just thought I'd update you on the name game situation over here. If you remember this post then you know that we were having a little war between two particular names. Since then, we have decided to completely toss out those two names that each of us liked the most, and start completely over. Blair's was Carter. Mine was Logan. (I still secretly hope that Logan will find it's way back in the running, but chances are mighty slim...)
We have a new list with 5 or 6 names that we are both fairly happy with. One in particular that stands out (that I'm keeping a little on the down low for now...sorry, trying not to jinx the fact that we BOTH like one) while the rest bounce around in the rankings with every passing day. I have a good feeling that we won't be able to officially decide on a name until we are in the hospital, and are simply forced to do so. I have a hard time with my mind changing about names. I'll like a certain name for a good month, and then suddenly start to hate it for whatever reason...
You could say we are both just afraid of commitment with this little guy's name, but we'll figure it out, and at the end of the day, little mister will *become* whatever name we end up choosing, and we'll look back and laugh at how hard we made this on ourselves...

We had a really hard time deciding on a name with our last little baby. We had a list of 5 that we both were pretty happy with, but never settled on one. The night before we had her, my husband asked me if I liked the name Addison. We'd never discussed it, and wasn't ever on the list, but it was the ONE. Funny how things seem to work out. :) Good luck!
Good Luck! I've been grateful I haven't really had to think about this one...and haven't had to fight about it either since this is the other half of the "you name it if it's a boy, I'll name it if it's a girl" deal with Tyler... and glad that that deal won't apply to future children.. :)
This just made me laugh. You guys are too funny!
