Well, here we are, people. The home-stretch. At least I think. I swear every website says something different about when the third trimester technically starts. I always thought it was 27 weeks, but now babycenter.com is saying it's 28 weeks. I guess it'd be safe to say that it starts 3 months before my due date, which is this Friday (the 5th), and which is just two days away, so yah....I'm calling it the homestretch.
This week has been harder than others. Not the hardest week so far, but hard. I have had this annoying cold that started early last week with the body aches and head cold and stuff, and now I'm just fighting off the head cold part of it. It doesn't help that sleep is already being challenged by pregnancy and now stuffiness at the same time. I woke up this morning with green tar running down my throat. I hope you got a good visual there. Needless to say, my fairly new bottle of Sam's Club Tylenol is running low...
We have made absolutely no progress on the name game in the last month. Blair and I are both sitting pretty stubbornly on the names that we each like the most, and so for now, we're just riding it out to see who gives in. I have a feeling we will go in the hospital with these two names on the table, and hope that baby boy brown 'looks' like one of them so that we can agree. Maybe if he comes out with light skin and light hair, like Cami and Blair then I'll let Blair have his name, and if he comes out with dark, curly hair like me, then I'll win. I'll have to present that plan to Blair and see what he thinks. Or maybe we'll just let Cami name him. I have a feeling his name would be "Puppy." Yikes.
